Project Engineer

After earning her civil engineering degree and a master's in structural engineering from the University of the Philippines. Ms. Beltran obtained Professional Engineer licenses for California and Nevada, specializing in structural steel, concrete, and masonry design. With a career spanning various locations such as Thailand, the Marshall Islands, Hawaii, and now Las Vegas, she has accrued 26 years of experience in the U.S. and international markets. As a project engineer at John A. Martin & Associates of Nevada, Ms. Beltran's technical expertise and analytical approach in structural design have led to her success in designing diverse structures like parking garages, medical facilities, charter schools, and seismic rehabilitation projects. Her design portfolio includes wood, reinforced masonry, steel, light-gauge steel, and reinforced cast-in-place concrete structures. In her role, she handles tasks ranging from preliminary design development to project design, calculations, plan check responses, specifications, and construction administration.
