• Convert sketches or graphical output from analytical software to 3D models.

• Organize details on drawings, coordinate details and plan section numbers, correctly cut details on plans.

• Create sheets based on BIM coordinator or engineer’s direction.

• Read drawings of other disciplines.

• Produce and assemble well organized, clear, concise sheets within office standards.

• Complete specific tasks in such a manner so they can be easily included in the overall set.

Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.

• Minimum 2 years of education or experience of production, design, drafting, and modeling within the AEC industry.

• Associate’s Degree in computerized drafting emphasizing BIM modeling and document production preferred.

• BIM modeling certification preferred.

• Software: (Required) REVIT, Microsoft Office, Exposure to: Photoshop, Bluebeam, Rhino, AutoCAD.
